Sustainable Practices definition

Sustainable Practices means any and all sustainable building practices adopted by Landlord in connection with the use and occupancy of the Project and/or as may apply to the Project as a result of all or any part of the Project achieving a specified rating or certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, or similar rating systems or accreditations, or as required to complete energy consumption data reporting for the Energy Star Portfolio Manager website, or as otherwise required by law, including, without limitation, California Public Resources Code Section 25402.10
Sustainable Practices. Any and all sustainable building practices adopted by Landlord in connection with the use and occupancy of the Project and/or as may apply to the Project as a result of all or any part of the Project achieving a specified rating or certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, or similar rating systems or accreditations, or as required to complete energy consumption data reporting for the Energy Star Portfolio Manager website, or as otherwise required by law. Tenant Delay: Tenant Delay shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Work Letter.
Sustainable Practices means practices as defined in clause 2 of this Policy.

Examples of Sustainable Practices in a sentence

  • All packaging must be compliant with the Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act (AB 455) and must meet all additional standards and requirements set forth in the UC Sustainable Practices Policy.

  • In accordance with the University of California Sustainable Practices Policy, Supplier will adhere to the following requirements and standards, as applicable.

  • The Sustainable Practices and Impact Disclosures shall be submitted online using any of the systems listed below.

  • University policies include without limitation those related to Seismic Safety and Sustainable Practices.

  • This process has been driven by a USAID-funded project known as SPACE (Sustainable Practices in Agriculture for Critical Environments) supported by a number of NGOs such as WCS and Development in Nigeria.

  • The University will reevaluate and update section III.C and V.C of the Sustainable Practices Policy by 2025.

  • Unless otherwise specified, reporting on progress on each section of this Policy will be to UCOP as part of the development of the Annual Report on Sustainable Practices.
