SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT a. All Contractors contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the state pursuant to the contract have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108.
b. The contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to the contractor’s records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the contracting agency, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine the contractor’s compliance with the requirements under paragraph (a).
SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT a) Contractor declares under penalty of perjury that no equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the State pursuant to the Contract have been produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The Contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweat free Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code section 6108; and
b) The Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to its records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the State, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine the Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under paragraph (a).

All Subrecipients contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the state pursuant to this subgrant agreement have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The Subrecipient further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code § 6108.
2. The Subrecipient agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to the Subrecipient's records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the contracting agency, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine the contractor's compliance with the requirements under paragraph (1).

SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT. 25 All CONTRACTORS contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or 26 corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than 1 procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, 2 garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, or supplies have been furnished to the Contractor 3 from sources that include sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal 4 sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The CONTRACTOR 5 further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth 6 on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public 8 The CONTRACTOR agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to the 9 CONTRACTOR’s records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by 10 authorized officials of the State or COUNTY, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine the CONTRACTOR’s compliance with the requirements under paragraph a of the Sweatfree Code of Conduct.
SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT. If this Agreement provides for furnishing equipment, materials, or supplies (except related to the provision of public works), or for the laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories:
a) No apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the JBE under this Agreement have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. Contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that it adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and PCC 6108.
b) Contractor cooperates fully in providing reasonable access to Contractor’s records, documents, agents, and employees, and premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under this section and shall provide the same rights of access to the JBE.
SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT a). All contractors contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the STATE pursuant to the contract have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweat free Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108.

All contractors contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the state pursuant to the contract have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108.
19.20.2. The contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to the contractor’s records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the contracting agency, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine the contractor’s compliance with the requirements under Subsection 19.21.1.
SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT.

Contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that it adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code section 6108.
B. Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to its records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the State, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under subsection (A).
SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT. All PROVIDERS that contract for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments, or corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, or supplies furnished to the State pursuant to the contract have been laundered or produced, in whole or in part, by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. PROVIDER further declares under penalty of perjury that it will adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108. PROVIDER agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to PROVIDER’s records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Monterey County WDB, State of California EDD, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine PROVIDER’s compliance with the requirements of the Sweatfree Code of Conduct.
