Syndication & Fee Letter definition

Syndication & Fee Letter means that certain Syndication & Fee Letter, dated as of the date hereof, among Company, Administrative Agent and the Lead Arrangers and their respective affiliates party thereto.
Syndication & Fee Letter means that certain fee letter, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Barclays Bank PLC, Sheffield Receivables Corporation, Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch, Nantucket Funding Corp., LLC and HVF setting forth certain defined terms relating to fees payable for syndication.
Syndication & Fee Letter means the Syndication Fee Letter from CSFB to the Borrower dated the date hereof.

Syndication & Fee Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • Co-Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and RBSGC.

  • Collateral Agent Fee Letter means the fee letter between the Collateral Agent and the Borrower setting forth the fees and other amounts payable by the Borrower to the Collateral Agent, the Custodian and the Securities Intermediary under the Facility Documents, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Joint Lead Arranger means each of Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, PNC Capital Markets, LLC and RBS Securities Inc. and their respective successors, in their capacity as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Credit Facility Agreement means any agreement pursuant to which a Credit Facility Issuer issues a Credit Facility.

  • Syndication means an extension of credit in which two or more persons fund and each person is at risk only up to a specified percentage of the total extension of credit or up to a specified dollar amount.

  • Agent’s Fee means the fee which is set out in this Agreement and which is payable by the Issuer to the Agent in consideration of the services performed by the Agent under this Agreement;
