System Charge definition

System Charge means the current amount payable by Customer to Bell monthly in advance for access to the Bell Service.
System Charge means collectively, as specified in each Quotation/Order Form or Statement of Work (as applicable), the fees for Software and Third Party Software licenses and fees for installation, training and other services.
System Charge means an amount payable by the Operator under clause 38 (System Charge), calculated in accordance with Schedule 37 (System Charge and Revenue Grant).

  • For the OFTO the majority of the cost associated with connections would be recovered through the TO General System Charge, with some related charges recovered as Other Charges.

System Charge means in relation to a Participating Supplier for a Settlement Period, the charge to be paid to NIE consisting of the PSO Charge, the SSS Charge and any New System Charges;

Related to System Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for the period in respect of, and the amortization during the period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during the period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Parking Charge means the amount payable in respect of a parking stay in a parking place as defined in Article 8 to this Order;
