System Defect definition

System Defect means a Defect latent in all or almost all ( at least 75 %) of the Delivery Items already delivered.

System Defect means an Incident that has been determined to be caused by a defect in the Software or the Hardware on which such Software is delivered.

  • Latent Defect means a defect, inherently lying within the material or arising out of design deficiency, which do not manifest themselves and/or was not reasonably discoverable during Defect Liability period.
