System Lessor definition

System Lessor means the person or entity that owns the System and leases the System to Licensee as the lessor under the System Lease.

  • The System shall remain the personal property of Licensee, System Lessor, and/or their permitted assigns and shall not attach to or be deemed a part of, or fixture to, the Site.

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.
