System Segment definition

System Segment means the segment of the System Capacity, referred to in a Notice, which is defined by reference to the receipt point and the export delivery point or delivery area specified;
System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Gathering System that connects one or more Xxxxx to the Gathering System, including all Crude Oil gathering pipelines, Receipt Point facilities, Measurement Facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.

Examples of System Segment in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (A) for any Compensable Maintenance Event, the applicable Commission Damages, if any, shall be measured beginning from the 61st day or 1,081st hour, as applicable, and (B) when assessing whether the maintenance in a subject System Segment has exceeded the applicable days or hours threshold, the aggregation principle will include only days or hours of maintenance within that System Segment and will not include days or hours relating to maintenance in any other System Segment.

  • After an MDS Open Season closes, no other MDS Open Season(s) can be held for at least thirty (30) calendar Days for the same System Segment.

  • Service Applicant shall submit a separate MDS Bid Form for all or a portion of the MDS Capacity for each available System Segment.

  • Remaining Capacity made available for Shippers under this STFT Toll Schedule shall be offered in respect of certain segments of TransCanada's System Capacity, each such segment being defined by reference to the receipt point and the delivery point or delivery area applicable thereto (a "System Segment").

  • Shipper shall not be entitled to submit multiple Shipper bids for any System Segment where the aggregate Maximum Daily Quantity of the multiple Shipper bids is greater than the Available Short Term Capacity being offered for that System Segment.

System Segment means one of the System Segment Portions identified as a System Segment in Exhibit A, Part 2.
System Segment means a physically separate segment of the Gathering System within a Specified Area that connects one or more Xxxxx of Producer to one or more Disposal Xxxxx to the Gathering System within such Specified Area, including all Saltwater gathering pipelines, Receipt Point facilities, Measurement Facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
System Segment means a portion of the System with defined beginning and end points.
System Segment means a portion of the System with defined beginning and end points, as set forth in Exhibit A.
System Segment means a physically separate segment of the Freshwater System located within a Specified Area that connects one or more Xxxxx of Producer to one or more sources of Freshwater within such Specified Area, including all Freshwater pipelines, Delivery Point facilities, Measurement Facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities. If the Freshwater System does not contain any distinct segments, then the term System Segment shall be synonymous with Freshwater System.
System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Fresh Water System that connects one or more Take Points or other sources of Fresh Water (other than Treated Waste Water) to one or more System Retention Facilities, together with any underground Fresh Water lines downstream of such System Retention Facilities and any rights of way downstream of such System Retention Facilities for surface Fresh Water lines, including all Fresh Water pipelines, System Retention Facilities, System Pumping Stations, Take Point Facilities, Measurement Facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Water Facilities that connects one or more Take Points to one or more System Retention Facilities, together with any underground Water lines downstream of such System Retention Facilities and any rights of way downstream of such System Retention Facilities for surface Water lines, including all underground Water pipelines, System Retention Facilities, System Pumping Stations, Take Point Facilities, Measurement Facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
