Fee Parcels definition

Fee Parcels has the meaning set forth in Recital A of the Preliminary Statement to the Participation Agreement.

Fee Parcels means the fee simple real property listed in Exhibit D and all fixtures and appurtenant interests belonging or appertaining thereto.

• Title to the Fee Parcels and the Easement Parcels is vested in the manner as set forth in the Vesting Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
