System - shall definition

System - shall mean the Licensed Software in a Microsoft Windows NT/2000/Unix operating system environment (and any other mutually agreed upon operating systems) including any Third Party Software, as it may exist from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
System - shall mean OSI's The Complete Banking Solution client server, Oracle relational data base, Microsoft Windows NT environment system including the applicable OSI Proprietary Software, OSI Interface Software, OSI Database Model and required Third Party Software (TPS), as it may exist from time to time during the term of this Agreement for use on the Designated Hardware and Operating Systems as defined in Schedule 17(g), as amended from time to time. OSI shall provide a new Schedule 17(g) to BISYS to reflect the authorized Designated Hardware and Operating Systems as in effect from time to time.
System - shall mean a PEM fuel cell sub-system integrated with a propane fuel processor sub-system that will be utilized in telecommunication applications.

More Definitions of System - shall

System - shall mean the product, technologies and related intellectual property rights used by Licensor to operate its business of tracking, administering, billing and reporting information relating to the number of times that advertisements placed on host websites are accessed by viewers. The System consists of the Software, the Documentation, the Licensed Marks, and the Licensed Copyrights. The System may, at the option of Licensor, be expanded or updated to include additional elements during the term of this Agreement. In addition, the "System" shall also mean the trade secrets, technology and know-how developed or accumulated by Licensor by Licensor in connection with the development, operation and administration of the System including designs, concepts, quality control, operating techniques, specifications, reports, methods and other information possessed by Licensor relating to the System.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • System Life means all phases of the system's development, production, or support.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.   • Planned Downtime means scheduled maintenance and Software or application upgrades; or setting up a new customer or service and service modifications;

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.

  • Jobsite means the immediate work area within the property lines of a single construction project, alteration project, or maintenance project where electrical construction or alteration of electrical wiring is in progress.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Switch means a switching device employed by a Carrier within the Public Switched Network. Switch includes but is not limited to End Office Switches, Tandem Switches, Access Tandem Switches, Remote Switching Modules, and Packet Switches. Switches may be employed as a combination of End Office/Tandem Switches. "Switched Access Service" means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services. "Switched Access Traffic" is traffic that originates at one of the Party's End User Customers and terminates at an IXC Point of Presence, or originates at an IXC Point of Presence and terminates at one of the Party's End User Customers, whether or not the traffic transits the other Party's network.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Maintenance Term means, initially, the Maintenance Term identified in the Order. Upon expiration of the initial Maintenance Term, the Maintenance Term shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods unless terminated earlier by either party, at its option, by written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current Maintenance Term. The Maintenance Term shall immediately terminate upon the termination, expiration, or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.
