Second Period The period of the Contract Term specified in Section 3.2.
Dividend Period means the Initial Dividend Period, any 7-Day Dividend Period and any Special Dividend Period.
Initial Dividend Period means the dividend period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on the first Dividend Payment Date to occur thereafter.
7-Day Dividend Period means a Dividend Period consisting of seven days.
Dividend Periods means the Initial Dividend Period and each subsequent quarterly dividend period commencing on and including January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Dividend Period, other than the Dividend Period during which any Class B Preferred Stock shall be redeemed pursuant to Section 5 hereof, which shall end on and include the Call Date with respect to the Class B Preferred Stock being redeemed.
Special Dividend Period means a Dividend Period consisting of (i) a specified number of days (other than seven), evenly divisible by seven and not fewer than seven nor more than 364 or (ii) a specified period of one whole year or more but not greater than five years (in each case subject to adjustment as provided in paragraph 2(b)(i)).
Tail Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(b).
Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.
Long Term Dividend Period means a Special Dividend Period consisting of a specified period of one whole year or more but not greater than five years.
Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 and ending on the day before the following Dividend Payment Date.
Unwind Period For any Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement with respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, the period starting on the First Unwind Date for such Settlement and ending on the Valuation Date for such Settlement.
Demand Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).
Cumulation Period means the period from, and including, the first RFR Banking Day of that Interest Period to, and including, that Cumulated RFR Banking Day;
Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.
Short Term Dividend Period means a Special Dividend Period consisting of a specified number of days (other than seven), evenly divisible by seven and not fewer than seven nor more than 364.
Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.
Lockout Period if applicable, is defined in the Note.
Lock-up Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through the close of trading on the date that is 90 days after the date of the Prospectus (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).
Payment Period means the three months following each Collection Quarter.
Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:
Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;
Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.
