Take Authorization definition

Take Authorization means authorization issued by the USFWS and/or DFG to Take listed species, pursuant to the FESA (through a FESA section 10 permit or section 7 exemption) and/or the California Fish and Game Code, and/or issued by the CEC for Take of State-listed species under State law in accordance with the DRECP for activities that are under its exclusive jurisdiction pursuant to the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Act.
Take Authorization means the extension of take authorization under the Permits for the Covered Projects in accordance with the Permits, the HCP/NCCP, the Implementing Agreement, and this Agreement.
Take Authorization means the county-issued authorization to allow for take of covered species within the boundaries of the Placer County Conservation Program HCP/NCCP (Article 19.10, Section 19.10.120).

  • Environmental services may include writing an EA re-evaluation, EIS re-evaluation, 4(f) report, Section 106 report, Biological Assessment, and/or Conservation Plan for Incidental Take Authorization; conducting noise analyses; conducting a tree survey; planning a mitigation site; and other related environmental work and exhibits necessary to produce a required report.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.

  • Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • Appropriate Authority(ies) means the U.S. State Department, the government authority(ies) in the Covered Person’s Home Country or Country of Residence or the government authority(ies) of the Host Country.
