Talkdesk Services definition

Talkdesk Services means the software as a service and communication services (e.g., products, services, and minutes) to be provided by Talkdesk as identified in the Order Form, as may be modified by Talkdesk to maintain or improve the quality or marketability of the Talkdesk Service or to bring Talkdesk’s provision of the Talkdesk Service into compliance with applicable law.

Examples of Talkdesk Services in a sentence

  • All rights in the Talkdesk Services not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved to Talkdesk.

  • Customer will not provide access to the Talkdesk Services to any third party without Talkdesk’s prior written consent.

  • Customer shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Talkdesk Services and shall notify Talkdesk promptly of any unauthorized access or use.

  • Customer will be solely responsible, at Customer’s expense, for acquiring, installing and maintaining all hardware, software and other equipment as may be necessary for Customer and each Authorized User to connect to, access, and use the Talkdesk Services.

  • Each Authorized User will access and use the Talkdesk Services through a unique user ID and password.

  • Subject to and conditioned upon Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Talkdesk hereby grants Customer the revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable, and non-transferable right to access and use (and to permit the Authorized Users to access and use) the Talkdesk Services made available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, and the applicable Order Forms and Documentation during the Service Term.

  • Talkdesk makes no representations, endorsements, guarantees, or warranties, express or implied, with respect to Third-Party Products, including but not limited to the continuing availability of such Third-Party Products or the continuing ability to use and integrate the Talkdesk Services with such Third-Party Products.

  • Talkdesk will provide applicable Talkdesk standard support for purchased Talkdesk Services to Customer at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased.

  • If Customer uses the Talkdesk Services and elects not to use the encryption settings, Customer acknowledges that unencrypted communications sent to or from Customer, through the Talkdesk network, do not meet Talkdesk’s security requirements.

  • If Customer receives or processes credit card information, it shall comply with Talkdesk’s PCI DSS requirements and shall ensure that its employees and other representatives do not store cardholder data within the Talkdesk Services.

Related to Talkdesk Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • link services means all new services necessary to connect the internal services to the bulk services; and

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;
