Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.
Building Inspector means a person licensed to carry out completed residential building inspections under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulations 2003;
Final Inspection means the process and procedure described in UGC Section 12.
Initial inspection means the first on-site inspection of facilities to verify declarations submitted pursuant to Articles III, IV, V and VI and this Annex.

The Inspecting Officer means the person specified in the contract for the purpose of Inspection of stores or work under the contract and includes his authorised representative;

environmental impact means any effect caused by a given activity on the environment, including human health and safety, flora, fauna, soil, air, water, climate, landscape and historical monuments or other physical structures or the interactions among these factors; it also includes effects on cultural heritage or socio-economic conditions resulting from alterations to those factors;
Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
