Tank Laws definition

Tank Laws means all federal, state, regional, county, or municipal environmental statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations relating to the underground storage tanks, including, without limitation, the Federal Underground Storage Law, subtitle 1 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq. together with any amendments thereto, regulations promulgated thereunder and all substitutions thereof, and any successor legislation and regulations.
Tank Laws means the Pennsylvania Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act, 35 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 6020.101, et. seq., the Pennsylvania Underground Storage Act, 58 Cons. Stat. § 451, et. seq. and the federal Underground Storage Tank Law (Subtitle I) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., together with any amendments thereto, regulations promulgated thereunder, and all substitutions thereof, and any successor legislation and regulations. “Underground Storage Tank” shall mean each and every “underground storage tank”, whether or not subject to the Tank Laws, as well as the “monitoring system”, the “leak detection system”, the “discharge detection system” and the “tank systemassociated with the “underground storage tank”, as those terms are defined by the Tank Laws.
Tank Laws means the New York Bulk Storage Law, ECL Section 17-1743, the New York Hazardous Substances Bulk Storage Act, ECL Section 40-0101 ET SEQ., and the federal Underground Storage Tank Law (Subtitle I) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. Section 6901 ET SEQ., together with any amendments thereto, regulations promulgated thereunder, and all substitutions thereof, and any successor legislation and regulations.
