Target TSR definition

Target TSR means, with respect to the Performance Period, Total Shareholder Return of the Company equal to the 55th percentile (as determined in accordance with standard statistical methodology) of the range of total shareholder returns during the Performance Period of the constituent companies included in the Peer Group, calculated in a manner consistent with TSR calculation methodology under this Agreement.
