Tariff Structure definition

Tariff Structure means our list of current tariffs and the pricing structure applicable to each.

Examples of Tariff Structure in a sentence

• If there are two or more Price Categories within the Distributor’s Tariff Structure for which an ICP is eligible, the Distributor will, acting reasonably, allocate one of the eligible Price Categories to the ICP.

• This clause 9.3 applies if the Distributor intends to make a change to its tariff structure (as that term is used in clause 12A.7 of the Code ("Tariff Structure")) that will materially affect one or more retailers or Consumers such that clause 12A.7 of the Code requires the Distributor to consult before making the change.

• If the Retailer identifies an error in the Tariff Structure finalised and Published in accordance with clause 9.3, or a price change notified in accordance with clause 9.4, and the error arises from an obvious error in applying the Pricing Policy and Methodology, the Retailer will bring that error to the Distributor’s attention as soon as possible after becoming aware of the error.

• To avoid doubt, the parts of the Tariff Structure or prices that are not affected by the arithmetic error are not subject to this clause 9.7.

• If the Retailer identifies an error in the Tariff Structure finalised and Published in accordance with clause 9.3, or a price change notified in accordance with clause 9.4, and the error arises from an obvious arithmetic error in recording the Tariff Structure or calculating prices, the Retailer will bring that error to the Distributor’s attention as soon as possible after becoming aware of the error.

• Member Documentation: the NX Rule Book, the User Guide, the NX Tariff Structure and any other documentation or technical reference material made available to Members on the Website.

• If the Retailer identifies an error in the Tariff Structure finalised and Published in accordance with clause 10.3, or a price change notified in accordance with clause 10.4, and the error arises from an obvious arithmetic error in recording the Tariff Structure or calculating prices, the Retailer will bring that error to the Distributor’s attention as soon as possible after becoming aware of the error.

• Without limiting clause 9.2 and unless the parties agree otherwise, the Distributor will: comply with guidelines: comply with the Tariff Structure Consultation Guidelines, including by implementing the good consultation practices set out in those guidelines; consider certain matters: have regard to the pricing principles in schedule 7; and Publish final Tariff Structure: Publish the final Tariff Structure and the reasons for its decision, no later than the notice period specified in clause 9.4(a).

• This clause 10.3 applies if the Distributor intends to make a change to its tariff structure (as that term is used in clause 12A.7 of the Code ("Tariff Structure")) that will materially affect one or more electricity retailers or Consumers such that clause 12A.7 of the Code requires the Distributor to consult before making the change.

• In the simplest form, cows and bulls can be leased for a flat fee per year.

More Definitions of Tariff Structure

Tariff Structure means the categories of tariffs charged by the Concessionaire for the provision of Standard Service, as determined in accordance with the terms of the Addendum;
