Task or delivery order contract definition

Task or delivery order contract means a “delivery order contract,” and a “task order contract,” as defined in 16.501-1. For example, it includes Governmentwide Acquisition Con- tracts (GWACs), multi-agency contracts (MACs), and other indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts, whether sin- gle award or multiple award. It also includes Federal Supply Schedule contracts (including Blanket Purchase Agreements under Subpart 8.4).

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management andTO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.
