At its sole discretion, the County may award contracts to three (3) low responsive and responsible bidders, based on three (3) geographical locations within Orange County. Geographical locations consist of East, West, and Central Orange County, corresponding to the Code Enforcement Division’s assigned inspector areas. Bidders may bid on all three (3) geographical locations/lots; however, a bidder shall be limited to a maximum of one (1) geographical location/ lot. If a bidder is low on more than one lot, the County will consider the bidder’s priority listing. Please see attached maps for a breakdown of the areas.
