Letter of Representation definition

Letter of Representation means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations to DTC of the City.

Letter of Representation means that certain Letter of Representation between the City and DTC with respect to the Bonds.

Letter of Representation means the Letter of Representation of the School District delivered by the School District in conjunction with the sale of the Authority Bonds.
