Tax Protocol definition

Tax Protocol means the Tax Protocol attached to the LLC Agreement as Exhibit A, as such Tax Protocol may be revised by the Members from time to time, which outlines the tax accounting procedures and related information for AAC.

Related to Tax Protocol

  • Adopted Protocol means the method(s) for the Interchange of Messages between the respective Parties and an intermediary appointed pursuant to Clause 8 for the presentation and structuring of the transmission of Messages as defined in Annex A;
