Tax Reserve Funds definition

Tax Reserve Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 hereof.
Tax Reserve Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Tax Reserve Funds has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.2.

  • All Tax Reserve Funds shall be held by Lender or Servicer in an Eligible Account (the “Tax Reserve Account”) which, during the continuation of a Cash Trap Event Period, may be a sub-account of the Cash Management Account.

Related to Tax Reserve Funds

  • Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Reserve Funds means, collectively, the Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund, the Replacement Reserve Fund, the Required Repair Fund, the Initial Renovation Reserve Fund, the Interest Reserve Fund, the General Reserve Fund, any funds on deposit in the Construction Loan Reserve Account, any Shortfall Funds and any other escrow fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Ground Rent Account and any other escrow account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account and the Debt Service Account).
