Taxicab License definition

Taxicab License means the same as the same term in §51-03 of these Rules.
Taxicab License means the license granted annually to a person who holds a certificate to conduct a taxicab service in the city of Des Moines.
Taxicab License means an annual license issued by the Chief under this By- law in relation to a specific taxicab or a specific accessible taxicab;

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
