Technical Document definition

Technical Document means any technical reference, technical publication, AT&T Practice, BA Practice, Bellcore Practice, publication of telecommunications industry administrative or technical standards, or other similar document, which is specifically incorporated into this Agreement.
Technical Document means any recorded information including reports, working documents related to the service, including concepts, reports of a technical or other nature, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications and software which may or may not be protected by the copyright.

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.
