Use and Purpose. Unless Landlord shall otherwise consent in writing (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), Tenant shall use the Leased Premises solely for the Permitted Use and in a manner consistent with the zoning ordinance applicable to the Land.

AIS will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by Me or any other person as a result of declining any EFT request.
