Use and Purpose. Unless Landlord shall otherwise consent in writing (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), Tenant shall use the Leased Premises solely for the Permitted Use and in a manner consistent with the zoning ordinance applicable to the Land.

Grantee shall not commence work on the easement without first having the proposed work schedule and proposed work reviewed and approved by the Village Engineer for the Village of Grafton. Grantee agrees to restore Xxxxxxx's land located adjacent to the Easement Area, as nearly as possible, to the condition existing prior to the day of entry by Grantee, its employees, agents or assigns.
