Technical Liaison definition

Technical Liaison has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Technical Liaison means an individual appointed by Customer who shall be Customer's the quotation) on a single unit of designated equipment at a time, solely for the purposes of providing educational instruction and performing non-profit academic research (the "License").
