Technical Liaison definition

Technical Liaison means the department or individual employed by Xxxxxxx who should be contacted by a User or One Chart Link Partner to report certain events or problems as required by this Agreement. The contact information for the Technical Liaison is contained in Section 13 below.

Technical Liaison means an individual appointed by Customer who shall be Customer's the quotation) on a single unit of designated equipment at a time, solely for the purposes of providing educational instruction and performing non-profit academic research (the "License"). The License granted herein does not include any right to use Licensed Programs in any commercial activity. Customer must obtain a separate license from Cadence under Cadence’s standard commercial license agreement for such use.   • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
