Technical Transfer Package definition

Technical Transfer Package has the meaning given to in Section 3.2. Territory means the countries listed in Schedule D and such other or different countries as the Parties may agree in writing.
Technical Transfer Package has the meaning given to in clause 4.2.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
