Telephone Relay Service means a service provided to speech-and hearing-impaired callers that enables such callers to type a message into a telephone set equipped with a keypad and message screen and to have a live operator read the message to a recipient and then type the message recipient's response to the speech-or hearing-impaired caller.   • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);
