Company Customers definition

Company Customers means any person, entity or institution, including the employees, agents or representatives who controlled, directed or influenced the purchasing decisions of any such person, entity or institution, to whom or to which the Executive sold, negotiated the sales, supported, marketed or promoted products or services on the Company’s behalf during the last one (1) year in which the Executive was providing services to the Company.
Company Customers shall include any person or entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with, any such "Customers" or "Company Customers."
Company Customers means those Persons to which any Company Seller has sold any products at any time, whether or not such Person is a current customer of any of the Company Sellers.

More Definitions of Company Customers

Company Customers mean, during the 24-month period prior to the termination of Executive’s employment, any and all persons or entities (a) to whom or which the Company sold, solicited sales, supported, marketed, serviced, provided, or promoted Company Products, or (b) about whom or which Executive acquired Confidential Information or Trade Secrets.
