Temasek Group means Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek Holdings”)’s direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries whose boards of directors or equivalent governing bodies comprise employees or nominees of (i) Temasek Holdings; (ii) Temasek Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings; and/or (iii) wholly-owned subsidiaries of Temasek Pte. Ltd.
