Temporary Partial Disablement definition

Temporary Partial Disablement means disablement which prevents the Insured Person from attending to a substantial part of their business or occupation.
Temporary Partial Disablement in relation to a employee means the temporary inability of such employee as the result of an accident in respect of which compensation is payable to perform the whole of the work at which he was employed at the time of such accident or to resume work at a rate of earnings not less than that which he was receiving at the time of such accident;
Temporary Partial Disablement means disablement which prevents the Insured Person from engaging in more than 60% of their usual occupation.

Temporary Partial Disablement. , in relation to an employee, means the temporary partial inability of such employee as a result of an accident or occupational disease for which compensation is payable to perform the whole of the work at which he or she was employed at the time of such accident or at the commencement of such occupational disease or to resume work at a rate of earnings not less than that which he or she was receiving at the time of such accident or at the commencement of such occupational disease;
Temporary Partial Disablement means that, in the opinion of a Medical Practitioner, the Volunteer is temporarily unable to perform a substantial part of the Volunteer’s usual employment, business or occupation activities while the Volunteer is under the regular care of and acting in accordance with the instructions or advice of a Medical Practitioner.
