Temporary professional employee definition

Temporary professional employee means a professional employee who is employed on a non-continuing contract;
Temporary professional employee means a professional employee who is employed for less than a full school year and is employed on a non-continuing contract;

Temporary professional employee as used in this contract shall mean a "Temporary Professional Employee" as that term is defined in the School Code as amended.
