Temporary source definition

Temporary source means a source which is portable, as defined in A.R.S. § 49-401.01(23) and which is not an affected source.
Temporary source means a new or modified source whose operating life is limited by a permit condition to no more than two years.

Temporary source means an emission source such as a pilot plant or a portable facility which will be located outside the nonattainment area after less than a cumulative total of 90 days of operation in any 12 continuous months.
