Ten Percent Owner means an employee who owns or is deemed to own (by reason of the attribution rules of Section 424(d) of the Code) more than 10 percent of the combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or any parent or subsidiary corporation.
Ten Percent Owner Optionee means an Optionee who, at the time an Option is granted to the Optionee, owns stock possessing more than ten percent (10%) of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of a Participating Company within the meaning of Section 422(b)(6) of the Code.
Ten Percent Shareholder means a person who owns (or is deemed to own pursuant to Section 424(d) of the Code) stock possessing more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or of any of its Affiliates.
Occupation Permit means a temporary or permanent occupation permit issued by the Building Authority in relation to the Development or any part thereof;
Construction permit is defined in Section 4.
Ten Percent Holder means a person who owns stock representing more than ten percent (10%) of the voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary.
Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.
PAL permit means the construction permit issued by the Department that establishes a Plantwide Applicability Limitation (PAL) for a major stationary source.
Transferable Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Ten Percent Stockholder means a person who Owns (or is deemed to Own pursuant to Section 424(d) of the Code) stock possessing more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or any Affiliate.
Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.
Governmental Permit means any license, franchise, permit or other authorization of any Governmental Authority.
Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project during the subsistence of this Agreement;
Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
Business Permits means any approvals, permits, filings, registrations, etc which the Company is required to have for legally and validly operating all its businesses, including without limitation, Business License of Corporate Legal Person, Operation Permit of Value-added Telecommunication Service and such other relevant permits and licenses as required by the then-effective PRC Law.
FCC Licenses means broadcasting and other licenses, authorizations, waivers and permits which are issued from time to time by the FCC.
Special permit means permission granted specifically on application in advance and in accordance with Annex II and Annex III.
Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Substitute Awards means Awards granted or Shares issued by the Company in assumption of, or in substitution or exchange for, awards previously granted, or the right or obligation to make future awards, in each case by a company acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary or with which the Company or any Subsidiary combines.
Environmental Permits means any and all permits, licenses, approvals, registrations, notifications, exemptions and other authorizations required under any Environmental Law.
Non-permitted Foreign Holder As defined in Section 3.03(f).
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Material Permits shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).
Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
