Affiliates means, with respect to the Contractor, any of its corporate affiliates or associates, including parent entities, subsidiaries, and other entities in which it owns a substantial interest.
Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.
Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.
Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.
Non-Party Affiliates means each former, current or future officer, director, employee, partner, member, manager, direct or indirect equityholder or affiliate of the Company, Electriq Power or any of the respective affiliates or any of their respective subsidiaries, control persons, officers, directors, employees, partners, agents or representatives or any family member of the foregoing.
Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;
Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means
Sub-consultant and or Associates means any entity to which the Consultants subcontract any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clause GC 3.7; and
Consultants means employees and third party contractors which SAP utilizes to provide Services to Licensee.
Affiliated Companies shall include any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.
Employees Stock Option” means the option given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for, the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.
Affiliated Party means, with respect to any Purchaser, any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Purchaser, including, without limitation, any general partner, officer or director of such Purchaser and any venture capital fund now or hereafter existing which is controlled by one or more general partners of, or shares the same management company as, such Purchaser.
Tenant Parties means Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Invitees means employees, workers, visitors, guests, customers, suppliers, agents, contractors, representatives, licensees and other invitees.
Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.
Associates has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.
Permitted Persons means (A) the Company; (B) any Related Party; or (C) any group (as defined in Rule 13b-3 under the Exchange Act) comprised of any or all of the foregoing.
Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.
Related Company means any entity that is directly or indirectly controlled by, in control of or under common control with the Company.
Non-Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that does not meet the definition of a Participating Hospital.
Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.
Non-Affiliate means, for any specified Person, any other Person that is not an Affiliate of the specified Person.
Significant relationship means a situation in which the actor is: (1) the complainant's parent, stepparent, or guardian; (2) any of the following persons related to the complainant by blood, marriage, or adoption: brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, first cousin, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece, grandparent,great-grandparent, great-uncle, great-aunt; or (3) an adult who jointly resides intermittently or regularly in the same dwelling as the complainant and who is not the complainant's spouse.
