Tender Closing Date and Time definition

Tender Closing Date and Time means the date and time stipulated in section 2 for the receipt of Tenders;

Tender Closing Date and Time means, in respect of each Property for Tender, the tender closing date(s) and time(s) applicable to that Property forTender as set out in the Sales Arrangement;

Tender Closing Date and Time means, in respect of each Property for Tender, the tender closing date(s) and time(s) applicable to thatProperty for Tender as set out in the Sales Arrangements;
