Tender Offer Documentation definition

Tender Offer Documentation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).

Tender Offer Documentation means the Offer to Purchase, dated as of July 5, 2002, by MDCP Acquisitions I for the shares of JSG in connection with the Tender Offer, and any accompanying documentation sent or communicated to shareholders of JSG in connection therewith.

Tender Offer Documentation means the definitive documents filed with the SEC with respect to the Tender Offer, including (x) the Offer to Purchase for Cash all outstanding Shares dated as of September 12, 2008 as extended on October 13, 2008 and further extended on November 24, 2008 and as modified to reflect the changes thereto set forth in the Merger Agreement and (y) the related Letter of Transmittal, each as amended from time to time in compliance with Section 6.09(b).
