Tender Option definition

Tender Option means the right granted to the Holders of Class A Certificates pursuant to Section 6.01(a) of the Standard Terms to tender or cause to be tendered such Class A Certificates (other than Affected Certificates or Pledged Class A Certificates) for purchase by the Administrator from amounts deposited pursuant to Section 6.06 of the Standard Terms.
Tender Option. ' means the right granted to the Holders of Class A CertiÑcates pursuant to Section 6.01(a) of the Standard Terms to tender or cause to be tendered such Class A CertiÑcates (other than AÅected CertiÑcates or Pledged Class A CertiÑcates) for purchase by the Administra- tor from amounts deposited pursuant to Section 6.06 of the Standard Terms.
Tender Option means the right granted in Section 4.1 to the Holders and Beneficial Owners of Floater Certificates of any Series to tender such Floater Certificates for purchase at the Purchase Price pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

Related to Tender Option

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Stock Reload Option means any option granted under Section 6.3, below, as a result of the payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option and/or the withholding tax related thereto in the form of Stock owned by the Holder or the withholding of Stock by the Company.

  • Put Right has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(a).

  • Conversion Right has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05(a) hereof.

  • Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(d)(iii).

  • Replacement Option means an Option that is granted when a Participant uses a Common Share held or to be acquired by the Participant to exercise an Option and/or to satisfy tax withholding requirements incident to the exercise of an Option.

  • Company Option means an option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.
