Tender Package definition

Tender Package means the Tender Submission, the Bidding Procedures, these General Conditions, the Supplemental Conditions, the Specifications, the Drawings and all addenda;

Examples of Tender Package in a sentence

  • Mercy Corps reserves the right to vary the quantity of work/materials specified in the Tender Package without any changes in unit price or other terms and conditions and to accept or reject any, all, or part of submitted offers.
