Tendered quantity definition

Tendered quantity means the approximate quantity of items intended for supply to the user institutions as mentioned in section IV of the Tender Document, in respect of which the rates has to be quoted. Tender Inviting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the tendered quantity on the basis of the actual needs or as per the directions of the government, fund availability etc or otherwise, the quantity of goods mentioned under Clause. 4.1, without any increase in the unit price and other terms & conditions quoted by the bidder.
Tendered quantity means, in relation to a Gas Disposal Contract, the aggregate amount in kWh of gas as is bid to be purchased in the Gas Disposal Tender Bid relating to that Gas Disposal Contract;
Tendered quantity means, in relation to a Gas Purchase Contract, the aggregate amount in kWh of gas as is offered for sale in the Gas Procurement Tender Offer relating to that Gas Purchase Contract;
