Tendered Quantity definition
Tendered Quantity means, in relation to a Gas Disposal Contract, the aggregate amount in kWh of gas as is bid to be purchased in the Gas Disposal Tender Bid relating to that Gas Disposal Contract;
Tendered Quantity means, in relation to a Gas Purchase Contract, the aggregate amount in kWh of gas as is offered for sale in the Gas Procurement Tender Offer relating to that Gas Purchase Contract;
Tendered Quantity shall refer to Sr. No. 1, 2 and 3 of Table No.3 under Clause 3.4.1 of this RFP;
