Term Notes A means collectively, the Term Note A-1

Term Notes A means, collectively, the promissory notes of the ------------ Borrower evidencing Term Loan A executed and delivered to the Lenders as provided in Section 2.8 substantially in the form of Exhibit H-2, ----------- ----------- with appropriate insertions as to amounts, dates and names of Lenders.

Term Notes A means the promissory notes payable to each Bank in amounts based on each Bank’s Pro Rata Share of $10,000,000.

Term Notes A means the term loans as evidenced by the Amended and Restated Term Notes A of the Borrower to the Lenders dated November 1, 1999 in the principal sum of $820,864.15 in total. The terms of the Amended and Restated Term Notes shall supersede the terms of Section 2.2.

Term Notes A means the Term Notes-A of the Borrower, executed and delivered as provided in Section 2.04 hereof, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
