Term Security Agreement definition

Term Security Agreement means the U.S. Security Agreement (as defined in the Term Credit Agreement).
Term Security Agreement means the Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Borrower, the other Grantors from time to time party thereto and the Term Collateral Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated, modified and/or replaced from time to time or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Term Security Agreement means the Security Agreement dated as of November 9, 2012 among the Borrower, the Parent Pledgor, the Subsidiary Pledgors party thereto from time to time and the Collateral Trustee.
