Examples of Terminaling Services Agreement in a sentence

  • Upon the termination or expiration of the Term (as defined therein) of the Delaware City West Ladder Rack Terminaling Services Agreement, the Company Services and the Ancillary Company Services that relate to the West Ladder Rack shall also terminate as of the termination or expiration of such Term.
