Termination Value Payment definition

Termination Value Payment means the amounts payable by the Lessee pursuant to Section 21.1(a) or the amounts payable by the Lessee pursuant to Section 21.1(b), as applicable, including, in each case (without duplication but for the avoidance of doubt) the Make-Whole Premium.
Termination Value Payment means the payment to be remitted to the Administrative Agent by a Lessee, if such Lessee elects or is required to purchase a Vehicle in connection with the exercise of the Annual Termination Option, in an amount equal to such Vehicle's Termination Value.
