Terms & Conditions of Enrolment means the College’s terms and conditions of enrolment which the Applicant will agree to be bound by when accepting any offer of enrolment made by the College.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.
