  • Tesla will not pay for or reimburse You for services that are performed by any party other than a Tesla Authorized Service Center or Tesla Ranger.

  • If requested, proof of required service, including receipts showing date and mileage of the Vehicle at the time of service and/or all maintenance records for service performed on the Vehicle (whether or not conducted by a Tesla Authorized Service Center or Tesla Ranger) must be presented.

  • All regularly scheduled maintenance inspections must be done at a Tesla Authorized Service Center and cannot be performed by a Tesla Ranger.

  • Tesla Ranger Service may not be available in certain markets or to certain locations.

  • The maintenance plans cover annual inspections and the replacement of wear and tear parts, excluding tires and the battery, with either a fixed fee per visit for Tesla Ranger service or unlimited Tesla Ranger visits for a higher initial purchase price.

  • Tesla Ranger Service will only be performed if there is a suitable facility available.
