Test Criteria definition

Test Criteria means the maximum char length which a sample or speci- men may exhibit in order to pass an in- dividual test.
Test Criteria means the criteria, test plan, and associated tools (e.g., test disks) for testing Test Units that are published by AACS LA and designated as such pursuant to this Agreement, as may be changed by AACS LA from time to time consistent with Section 3.2.3.
