Supplier Specifications definition

Supplier Specifications means specifications developed by Supplier and incorporated into the Specifications without modification by Medtronic.

Supplier Specifications is defined in Section 6.3 of the Agreement.

Supplier Specifications means Supplier's published specifications and user documentation describing Product, Software and/or Services. TECHNOLOGY COMMITMENT LETTER (TCL) means a formal and binding writing signed by both parties committing to Feature Deliverables. The TCL shall include, but not be limited to, the following, where applicable: Feature name, FRF number, list of FSDs, Q4 date, exclusivity status of the Feature, price and/or expense, payment schedule, important characteristics of each Feature, and other pertinent information. USE means use by any individual having authorized access to the computer on which the Software is operated.

• To the extent TPS delivers to Supplier Specifications for Goods or Services, TPS grants Supplier a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to use the Specifications solely for the purposes of manufacturing the Goods or performing the Services.

More Definitions of Supplier Specifications

Supplier Specifications as used in this Agreement shall mean the Specifications for the Equipment, Materials and Software as modified by Supplier after the Effective Date or Supplier's then current developed and published specifications, user documentation, and other information published by Supplier as of the date of the Order.

Supplier Specifications means the Supplier's published descriptions of and technical specifications for the Supplies.

Supplier Specifications means Supplier’s manufacturing drawings, diagrams, templates, or other similar performance specifications with respect to Goods or Services.
