Test Tools definition

Test Tools means the test harness and other testing or measurement tools, in source or binary code form, as may be revised by Oracle during the Term.
Test Tools means devices that (a) utilize the DFAST Technology and have as their purpose the testing or verification of the performance of, or (b) are specifically designed for the purpose of testing or verification of the performance of, Licensed Products and Prototypes.
