Test Tools definition

Test Tools means the test harness and other testing or measurement tools, in source or binary code form, as may be revised by Oracle during the Term.
Test Tools means devices that (a) utilize the DFAST Technology and have as their purpose the testing or verification of the performance of, or (b) are specifically designed for the purpose of testing or verification of the performance of, Unidirectional Digital Cable Products and Prototypes.
Test Tools means the test harness and other testing or measurement tools, in source or binary code form, specified in Exhibit B, as may be revised by Sun during the Term.
