Text Form definition

Text Form means a readable declaration, in which the person making the declaration is named. The Text Form must be made on durable medium. A durable medium is any medium that enables the recipient to retain or store a declaration included on the medium that is addressed to him personally such that it is accessible to him for a period of time adequate to its purpose, and that allows the unchanged reproduction of such declaration; e.g. declarations via email and fax
Text Form describes a readable declaration, in which the person making the declaration is named, must be made on a durable medium. A durable medium is any medium that, (i) enables the recipient to retain or store a declaration included on the medium that is addressed to him personally such that it is accessible to him for a period of time adequate to its purpose, and (ii) that allows the unchanged reproduction of such declaration.
Text Form refers to exchange of declarations by non-verbal recordable means, e.g. e-mail. Text Form can be substituted by the Written Form. Verbal or implied declarations are not sufficient to be considered Text Form. “Touchpoint” shall refer to the digital interface through which Advertising Campaigns are communicated. “View” shall refer to the perception of the Advertising Campaign on the Touchpoint by an End User.

  • The Market Area Manager shall notify the Balancing Group Manager of the amended contract terms and conditions in Text Form no later than 2 months before the effective date of the relevant amendments and shall publish the amended contract terms and conditions on its website.

Text Form means any readable declaration of a Party from which the Party's declarant is identifiable and which can be permanently reproduced (e. g. email).

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Investment Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to purchase Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.

  • Policy form means the form on which the policy is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.
