TH Employment Agreements definition

TH Employment Agreements means (i) that certain Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated as of May 9, 2006 between Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx U.S.A., Inc. and Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx (as the same shall have been amended, restated, supplemented or modified prior to the Closing Date) and (ii) that certain Employment Agreement dated as of May 9, 2006 between the Acquired Business and Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx (as the same shall have been amended, restated, supplemented or modified prior to the Closing Date).
TH Employment Agreements means (i) that certain Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated as of May 9, 2006 between Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A., Inc. and Mr. Tommy Hilfiger (as the same shall have been amended, restated, supplemented or modified prior to the Original Closing Date) and (ii) that certain Employment Agreement dated as of May 9, 2006 between the Acquired Business and Mr. Tommy Hilfiger (as the same shall have been amended, restated, supplemented or modified prior to the Original Closing Date).

Related to TH Employment Agreements

  • Employment Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

  • Prior Employment Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Employment Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visas, work permit or other agreement, or contract between the Company or any Affiliate and any Employee.

  • Company Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, change in control, transaction bonus, consulting, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other contract between any Group Company and any current or former employee, director or officer of such Group Company.

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Retention Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(e).

  • Noncompetition Agreements as defined in Section 2.8(a)(iv). "Occupational Safety and Health Law"--any law or regulation designed to provide safe and healthy working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, and any program, whether governmental or private (including those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.

  • Employment Contracts means Contracts, whether oral or written, relating to a Business Employee, including any communication or practice relating to a Business Employee which imposes any obligation on Seller or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Non-Competition Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Post-Employment Period is defined in Section 8.2.

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Severance Date means the date on which an Eligible Employee incurs a Severance.

  • Employment Business means as per the Employment Agencies Xxx 0000 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, an Employment Business is a business that offers contracts of employment to temporary workers, whose services are then temporarily offered on secondment to Framework Public Bodies.

  • Deferred Compensation Agreement means an agreement to participate and to defer compensation between a Participant and the Company in such form and consistent with terms of the Plan as the Company may prescribe from time to time.

  • Non-Competition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

  • Noncompetition Agreement has the meaning stated in Section 2.1.

  • Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.
